Infrared detectors up to 640 x 480, 640 x 512 pixels and a focal length of less than 10 cm allow precise consideration of all components. The intelligent interaction between system components, even small components and fine structures can be mathematically controlled to a size of 113μm, an accuracy that is clearly competitive in the current market.
At the same time, we employ patented infrared superpixel technology, which allows the device to capture multiple images one by one in rapid succession. The images are then compiled into a single thermal image with four times the measurements using a specific algorithm. Subsequent viewing of the data in professional IRSoft analysis software yields extremely high resolution images.
